”On June 12, after travelling about 5 miles, my 2009 Volkswagon Passat (purchased April 2012, under warranty) lost power and the service engine light came on. This incident seemed similar to my experience a little over a month ago. After having my car towed to Seacoast VW, they gave me a loaner car overnight. Steve in the Service Department kept me updated. In the previous incident, among other things, two fuel injectors were replaced and Steve told me remaining two needed replacement as well and this was done. I am hopeful these issues are resolved so I can feel the confidence one should feel driving a car; however, I give everyone I have dealt with at Seacoast VW the highest possible marks for courtesy and helpfulness on this and on all previous occasions. ”I brought my 2008 Passat in for 65,000 mi service and waited for the car. I was told it would be an hour on the phone. Upon arrival the service rep told me he checked service records and said it was going to be 60,000 mi service and would take closer to 2 hours. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time as most likely I would have dropped the car off instead of waiting. As it turned out, I also needed new brakes so it became 3 hours which I understood would take longer. The service rep arranged a ride for me so I could leave and was picked up an hour and a half later. No problems with that. I would have appreciated a phone call before coming in saying in fact that it would be a longer service than was told on the phone so I could plan my time accordingly. I have been a SC VW customer for sometime and have been very pleased with service overall just wanted you to know that one phone call would have helped. Thank you. Read More »

”My wife and I purchased a 2012 Jetta last year at Seacoast VW and have been delighted with our experience, starting with your no hassle and friendly sales people. When we come in for service we are treated respectfully by a helpful and friendly service staff. We tell everyone about our great experience and encourage them to take the ride to Greenland.
