In general people do not like buying cars. Denise was great to work with. Understanding my commitment to the CC, yet still letting me do my due diligence and "look" at other vehicle options to make sure I was not being impulsive went a long way. Also, send me home with the car overnight to "drive" definitely moved the needle.
In addition, the other team member, were all so low pressure and comfortable to deal with. Great experience all around...
